Q. At the checkout page, my payment won’t complete.

A. Before you click the ‘Place Order’ button at the bottom, make sure that you click in the reCAPTCH box so that it populates it with a tick mark beside where it says “I’m not a robot”. It may asks you to complete a simple challenge. If so, click on the boxes that contain what it asks.

Q. How do I log into the IHCGB website?

A. Use the “Members Login” button at the top right hand side of the website to login to the members area.
All existing members of the International Harvester Club of Great Britian who have an email address registered with us should be able to login, but if you find that your email is rejected, please email our web administrator here, who will help.
If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to set yourself a password.

If you’ve forgotten you password you can easily reset it here.

Q. What’s my Membership Number?

A. Your membership number will be written on your membership card or printed on the bottom right hand corner of the welcome letter you will have recieved by email in PDF format if you purchased membership online. If you can’t find your number, email our membership secretary here.

Q. Can I pay by credit card or PayPal?

A. Yes, you can pay with debit/credit card or your Paypal account at our online store. When you buy membership this way, your subscription will be processed immediately and you will be able to gain instant access to our Members only area of our website.

Q. Can you help me register my tractor with the DVLA?

A. Yes, we’d be glad to help. We offer this service completely FREE OF CHARGE to members. We have a contact form specifically for getting in touch with our DVLA registration secretary.
